USS Shoes offers:

  • Flat-rate shipping of $6.98 on all orders within the United States.

  • Free Priority Shipping on all domestic orders over $90.

International Orders: Additional shipping fees may apply depending on your location and will be calculated at checkout. For remote or high-duty regions, extended delivery timeframes may apply.

To serve customers globally, we ship from multiple warehouses located in the United States, Asia, and Europe. If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages depending on inventory availability and logistics.


TRACKING & DELIVERY STATUS

Why is my tracking not updating?
It’s normal for tracking to remain static for a few days, especially during customs clearance or processing at international sort centers. Please allow 24–72 hours for updates to reflect.

“Origin Post is Preparing Shipment” – What does it mean?
This status means your package has been accepted by the origin country’s postal service and tracking will update once scanned by the receiving courier (e.g., USPS, FedEx).

Do you ship on weekends?
Our warehouses ship orders from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Can I expedite my delivery?
At this time, we do not offer express shipping options. However, priority shipping is applied to all qualifying U.S. orders over $90 at no additional cost.

What about duties or customs?
For international shipments, any applicable customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer. These will vary by country and are not collected by USS Shoes at checkout.

OUR RETURN POLICY

If your order was placed through our official online store, you may return any unworn, unwashed, and undamaged product within 30 calendar days of the delivery date. This includes all eligible footwear in our collections.

  • Returns are free for customers located in the United States.

  • No restocking fees apply.

  • Final sale items are excluded from returns, including products from the following collections:

How do I return a USS Shoes order?

To initiate a return, access our Returns Center using your order number and the email address used during checkout.

Note: If you're returning a product due to an incorrect size or a product not as described, detailed photos must be uploaded when submitting your request.

For shoes sold under specific third-party brands, the return shipping to the manufacturer’s warehouse may be the customer’s responsibility.


What is the exchange policy?

We only offer exchanges for items with manufacturing defects. If you need to request an exchange for the same item, you may do so via the Returns Center or by emailing us at info@ussshoes.com. Please wait for confirmation before sending the product back.


Are international returns covered?

No. Free return labels are only valid for returns shipped from within the United States. For international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.


Refunds (If applicable)

Do not return any package to the sender’s address.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of its approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed for the full value of the original invoice.

Refund Timeline:

  • 5–10 business days: Time to receive and inspect your return at our fulfillment center.

  • 2–10 additional business days: Time for your credit to reflect on your account (varies by bank or credit card provider).

What items are non-refundable or final sale?

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds and exchanges. All discounted, clearance, or limited-time promotional items are considered final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.


Gifts

If your order was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you may receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item. Once your return is processed, a gift certificate will be issued.

If the item was not marked as a gift or was sent to our address to be forwarded later, any approved refund will be issued to the original purchaser.


ADDITIONAL TERMS

USS Shoes reserves the right to request and securely store consumer identification (such as a valid state or government-issued ID) for returns and exchanges. This information is used exclusively for verification and to monitor return activity. We do not sell or share this data.

For items sold in collaboration with international brands, shipping is handled directly by their preferred carriers such as FedEx, UPS, or USPS.
